COMPLEX SIGN
Contracts, quotes, mandates: documents are signed from a mobile phone, authenticated with an SMS code, timestamped and sealed with an audit certificate. No account to create, nothing to install.
Each signer receives a personal, unique link. The document opens right in the browser, on mobile or desktop.
After reading the whole document, a 6-digit code is sent to the signer's mobile. It authenticates the person before any signature.
The signature is placed in the PDF, then an audit certificate (SHA-256 fingerprints, timestamps, IP addresses, full log) is appended to the final document.
The original and the signed document are hashed. Any later change to the file is detected instantly.
The SMS code is valid for ten minutes, limited to five attempts, and tied to the number declared by the sender.
Every step is dated to the second (Europe/Paris): opening, consent, code verified, signature.
The full log is printed on the last page of the PDF and exportable as JSON.
The certificate carries a QR code. Anyone can check the file fingerprint on this page.
